We are China’s leading exporter and supplier of aluminum 1060 pipes.
UNS A91060, or aluminum 1060, is a multipurpose alloy with a number of special qualities. Because of its strength, resilience to heat and corrosion, and machinability, it is frequently utilized in the electrical, automotive, and aerospace sectors. A member of the “commercially pure” wrought family (1000 or 1xxx series), 1060 is an alloy based on aluminum. With the exception of 0.1% aluminum by weight, it is essentially quite identical to 1050 aluminum alloy. Though they are covered by distinct ASTM standards, 1050 and 1060 are both covered by the same ISO standard.
Alloy 1060 has a minimum aluminum content of 99.6% and is a high-purity alloy with a relatively low strength. It is renowned for having outstanding formability and welding properties as well as strong corrosion resistance. It may be welded using common commercial processes and has outstanding shaping capabilities when worked cold or hot.
Often referred to as pure aluminum pipes, 1060 aluminum pipes have a 99.6% aluminum content and are a frequent series in the aluminum alloy. The benefits of 1060 aluminum include being the most widely used, having a very straightforward production method, having a relatively advanced technology, and being significantly less expensive than other premium aluminum alloys. It can completely satisfy the standard processing criteria (stamp and tensile) and has great formability due to its strong elongation and tensile strength.
